Pennsylvania License Plates and Registration

Must be completed within 20 days of establishing residency. Can be completed at any convenient Notary Public that provides instant plates. We offer this service at our South Allentown location:

Vehicle Safety Inspection

Must be completed within 10 days of registration date. Inspections are performed by a qualified mechanic at a service stations or an auto dealership. Inspections include a check of the major parts of your vehicle.

Pennsylvania Driver's License

Must be completed within 60 days of establishing residency.

Bring your valid, out-of-state license, Social Security Card, other form of identity (birth certificate, passport, etc.), and proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.) to exchange for Pennsylvania license. Must pass a vision test and pay a $26 fee (check or money order, no cash).
